Experienced in investing, launching and scaling ventures, turning around business units, and leading strategic transitions, I excel in navigating high-growth environments. My recent role at Exela Technologies saw me launch a new SaaS business segment, optimizing models, and achieving substantial reductions in costs, while consistently increasing digital impression share and accelerating customer acquisition. Previously, at Willis Towers Watson (WTW), and as part of the global corporate strategy group, I played a pivotal role in establishing the Global New Ventures division, leading to over $50 million in new revenue. With a diverse skill set encompassing venture investments, strategic planning, consultative selling, and cross-functional management, I am adept at driving strategy, innovation and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset within teams. My educational background includes an MBA from Rotman School of Management and ongoing involvement with the Creative Destruction Lab (CDL).
