About Rohit Dharmadhikari

The ability of critical thinking and logically arriving at a rational solution developed over the years from preparing for civil services and through learning disaster management has helped develop a multidimensional personality and a sound understanding of social, economic and political issues. Also have a varied experience of working in the Education sector for more than 3 years, and thereafter in Disaster Management. A brief stint with the United Nations Development Program in Himachal Pradesh gave deep insights into Disaster Management Planning at Panchayat and District Departmental Level. Further more, have developed a penchant and passion for working in Business Continuity, Risk management, EHS and Corporate security through working at various levels and handling complex emergencies. Thus looking forward to learn, re-learn and un-learn to add value to organizational and personal development. In addition to work experience, have won numerous prizes and accolades in various domains like Debate competitions, Elocution and Public Speaking, Cycling and various sports at university and college level.
