I'm an adventurous soul with a knack for finding joy in the unexpected. I relish new experiences and thrive in environments that push me out of my comfort zone. Whether it's exploring cooking a new dish or trying my hand at an unfamiliar activity, I'm always up for a challenge.I am an accomplished and talented individual with extensive experience in designing and building large-scale infrastructure systems, web-based and service-oriented applications, and project management across healthcare and telecommunications industries. I am equally proficient in supporting & building teams, structure and organizational culture around application management and system scalability. My experience encompasses the following (but not limited to):* Fully managed the support of existing software solutions and directed implementation of new product development initiatives in varied environments, with extensive attention to deployment and delivery of software systems and components.* Extensively overseen the installation and configuration of software infrastructures, with specific focus towards implementation of effective solutions for product support and maintenance in the operations and production environments respectively.* Practical experience in AGILE development environments for the successful execution of software engineering projects spanning across multiple engineering and business teams.* Strong planning skills and extremely detail oriented, with thorough understanding of best practices for software development, code deployment, design processes, and configuration management. My role particularly provides excellent avenues to envision newer and better products and solutions for the organization. Furthermore, the prospect of hearing the voice of the business, stakeholders, and users first-hand makes it all the more enthralling, as it provides the avenue to challenge the norm and subsequently produce fascinating breakthroughs! While my peers and colleagues identify me as an individual who is calm under pressure, I am also highly regarded for my penchant towards outside-the-box thinking, in addition to my innate ability to articulate product solutions and challenges based on the myriad of audiences I encounter during the project lifecycle.Outside of work, I find solace in singing songs, playing my harmonium or tabla, a leisurely stroll through a park, or a heartfelt conversation with my wife, my friend, my companion – moments that nourish me from within!
