I am a management consultant at Accenture, working in the space of talent and organization (T&O) to help clients across various domains such as diversity and equity, workforce planning, talent mobility, and more. I leverage text analytics (NLP) and surveys to provide insights and solutions for organizational culture, change management, and inclusivity audits. I have over five years of experience in analytics and product management, having worked for leading companies such as Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Mindmesh. I have solved business problems using SQL, Python, R, PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, and Google Analytics, and have worked on big data frameworks such as Hadoop. I have also led and managed teams of data scientists, collaborating with various stakeholders and ensuring quality delivery under tight deadlines. I hold a MIM degree from ESCP Business School and a PGP-IM degree from Management Development Institute, where I learned the fundamentals of business administration and management. I also have certifications in text mining and analytics, decision science, and accounting fundamentals. I am passionate about learning new skills and engaging in organizational initiatives. I have received multiple spot awards for leadership and delivery excellence, and have participated in various stage activities such as JAM, persona, improv, and theater. I have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a calm temperament, a strong sense of ownership and accountability, and a friendly and fun attitude.
