Key Highlights- Built and led a cross-functional team across admin, tech, and marketing - Delivered 30+ summits featuring global leaders in health, spirituality, activism, wellness, and psychology - Developed foundational SOPs, Asana workflows, and project systems for scale - Helped refine our business model, educational programs, and professional service offerings - Bridged operations with purpose—aligning community-building with ethical execution - Helped pivot our platform from a health-centric model to a holistic, values-driven movement Today, I continue to lead operations at TVC while slowly shaping a long-term vision: an ethical, AI-integrated tech ecosystem that prioritizes impact, healing, and human flourishing.
