I’m a senior IT executive with over 24 years of leadership experience across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. I help organizations transform technology into a driver of business growth, security, and resilience. At Sanofi, I lead IT across 14 countries in the region. I am overseeing a full-scale cloud transformation to retire all physical data centres and migrate workloads to AWS and Azure. This initiative has already delivered significant cost savings and reduced our infrastructure footprint. I also introduced FinOps-based governance to optimize cloud investments and improve transparency. Earlier, I served as Sanofi’s IT Business Partner, delivering automation, SaaS adoption, and business-aligned IT strategies. At Mott MacDonald, I implemented a shared services model that improved SLA performance and standardised operations across APAC and the Middle East. My tenure at NTT Communications focused on large-scale network and data centre projects across regulated industries. I specialize in cloud strategy, Zero Trust security, infrastructure modernization, and enterprise service delivery. I am known for leading high-performing teams, simplifying complexity, and aligning technology with long-term business goals. I bring clarity, structure, and speed to digital execution.
