About Rohit Kher

With a diverse background, 25 years of work experience working for Global blue chip organisations. Several projects have been delivered to Lean processes and define new ways of working. Combining Lean Six Sigma Black Belt knowledge in operational excellence and experience of the Digital domain, client challenges of today have been addressed. In consulting engagements teams have been managed to deliver strategic and tactical business transformation process improvements. The results demonstrated have been through the definition of new target operating models, decommissioning of legacy systems and process reengineering. The financial savings were tangible through a reduction in operational expenditure. Also the benefits have been seen through improvements in the end customer journeys including the overall customer experience. These solutions have been deployed in banking, manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, Formula 1 racing and insurance organisations. Operational improvements and the identification of Digital solution ideas have been achieved through collaborating, leading and facilitating client workshops. Managing stakeholders at all levels of the organisation has enabled solution implementation. Rohit builds and manages teams creating synergies using his creativity and innovation.
