As a product manager, I led the development and launch of innovative products that enhanced the customer experience and generated revenue. I collaborated with cross-functional teams, conducted market analysis, and prioritized product features based on customer feedback and business goals. I also leveraged my technical skills in Salesforce, Python, Java, and JavaScript to create and integrate solutions that met customer needs and expectations.I worked as a software engineer at Salesforce for more than three years, where I developed and customized Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other tools. I earned six Salesforce certifications and achieved the Triple Star Honorary Trailhead Ranger status. I also contributed to the Trailhead Guide program, where I helped new and existing users learn and master Salesforce skills.I have a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Purdue University, where I gained valuable knowledge and experience in product management, project management, and business analysis. I also participated in several experiential learning initiatives, such as the social innovation project with Bayer Foundation and the product management consulting project with Y&L Consulting.I am passionate about creating meaningful, pleasant, and lucrative products that solve real-world problems and delight customers. I am always eager to learn new skills, tools, and frameworks that can help me improve my product sense and software development capabilities.
