As a Beverage Manager at City Cruises Toronto, I oversee the bar operations and staff training for various events and cruises. I have a WSET 2 certificate in wine stewardship, and I use my knowledge and skills to create and serve drinks that match the guests' preferences and expectations. I also have a Graduate Diploma in Business Development from Seneca College, and a BSc in Hospitality Administration/Management from Ihm Dehradun, which equip me with the competencies to manage pressure situations, communicate effectively, and enhance the customer experience. I have been working in the hospitality industry for over three years, and I have progressed from a Bartender to an Assistant Restaurant Manager, and then to a Beverage Manager at City Cruises Toronto. I am passionate about delivering quality service and creating memorable moments for the guests, and I am always eager to learn new things and improve my skills. My goal is to become a Sommelier and a Hospitality Consultant, and to contribute to the growth and success of the hospitality sector.
