Mr. Rohit Mistry is a certified senior technical solution architect at Kyndryl formerly a Global Technology Services division of IBM. Mr. Mistry has been responsible for developing complex and integrated IT infrastructure solutions including enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM) and Hybrid, Private and Public Cloud Computing services for cross-industry clients. In his previous role as a business practice leader, Mr. Mistry successfully managed IBM’s Enterprise Systems Management services business responsible for contract signings and revenue generation in excess of $10M USD per year. Mr. Mistry is a certified professional in the following; IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) program as an ITIL v2 Master and ITIL v3 Expert, The Open Group certified Master IT Architect and Master IT Specialist, Microsoft Azure cloud fundamentals, IBM certified Cloud Architect, certified senior IT Architect, IBM certified IT Specialist and currently possesses 20+ accreditations including OEMs such as ServiceNow. He has both current knowledge and practical experience of helping clients undertake and succeed in their journey to cloud, migration of legacy workloads and infrastructure to public cloud and also assist clients with integrated service management best practices and frameworks including Service management product portfolios from OEMs such as ServiceNow, Microsoft, AWS and IBM Cloud technologies, IBM Design Thinking, IBM Unified Method Framework, GS Method, IBM Team Solution Design, Systems Management Life Cycle (SMLC), Process Reference Model for IT (PRM-IT) and IBM World Wide Project Management Methodology (WWPMM) on various global engagements. Mr. Mistry’s experience in IT services, developing architectures, providing IT consulting, practice management, development of IT standards and processes plus customer service management and assisting IT sales amongst other spans more than 25 years.
