Rohit has completed an MBA in Human Resource Management from IIM Ranchi (Batch: 2018-20) and is currently working with GAIL (India) Limited as an HR Business Partner with working experience across domains such as Acquisition & Recruitment, Talent Management, Career Development, Onboarding & Induction, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits and Employee Engagement, Business Excellence Processes. In the areas of learning & development, he has actively designed and developed a Filtration and Development Program for top talent of Mumbai business area to create a Succession Pipeline for mid-level roles. He was actively involved in the exercise of the development of "Skill Matrix" for the employees posted at Mumbai Region and performed the gap analysis to figure out the training requirements. Actively lead the data led- research based project, the purpose of which was to figure the critical Employee Engagement factors (both in Males/Females including other control variables) and their impact on turnover intentions, word of mouth, discretionary effort and formulated an action plan.He has a pre-MBA experience of 44 months with Accenture as an SAP HR & SAP CRM Consultant for two clients.(Germany based Auto manufacturing company & US-based waste management compliance company). He has good exposure in SAP HR projects for several clients using Design thinking methodology. He is an engineer cum MBA professional who believes in resilience, hard work and simplicity. He loves to explore the practicality of HR practices across various industries. Also, he is one of the members of HBR - Ascend Select where he gets an opportunity to share opinions with the product and editorial teams of HBR Ascend Select.
