Quality Management : DMAIC Approach to Resolve the Q-Issues (In-House/Field) Project Registrations to reduce Field/In-House Defects Dealing with the Service team for the Improvement actions & to reduce field defects Designing experiments, Analysing, documenting, and summarizing results (using tools like DRBFM, PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP and PPAP generation).
