A very energetic and inquisitive mechanical engineer with varied experiences of automotive design, development and project management. Started professional journey with powertrain development of motorcycles and scooters, after successful launch of 4 NPI projects and 6 VA VE projects. Moved on with development of most advanced powertrain unit with turbo charged direct injection motor for one of best off road vehicle in India. Further, led a team of calibration engineers to develop futuristic hybrid vehicle with atkinson cycle and L2 level autonomy. Marked as one of the most productive and efficient person and was fortunate to be an expat to train members during the tenure. An embedded systems and Autonomous vehicles enthusiast with hands on exposure of quality development process to achieve A SPICE and Functional safety standards. Looking ahead to manage and contribute to L4 and L5 Autonomous systems in future. A successful project manager with track record of portfolio management with projects worth Rs. 200 million each. Responsible for managing techno commercial aspect from acquisitions to monitoring quality parameters post production kick off via APQP process including concept finalization, prototype verification, design Finalization, design validation and production. Being part of process driven systems for long, have inculcated a habit of On time delivery with Zero defects in parallel with improving the productivity of the projects using one of the best approaches of PDCA, Ikki Tsukan, 8D Analysis, Risk Assesment and Mitigation and Why Why Analysis. A keen acolyte for various development quality methods from ISO 9001, IATF 16949, A SPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21448 and ISO 27001. Personally, I am someone who loves to take challenges and learn through the way. Getting on the ground with folded sleeves to solve a problem along with team is my natural character.
