Currently working as Team Lead of Command Center in HCL Tech having 3 customer classified on Region basis. Worked as Senior Network Engineer - L2 Support in NTT Data under Brisa Technologies Pvt Ltd, till January 22,2022 having Hands on experience in Sensormatic devices & its monitor with troubleshooting. • Working experience as NOC Engineer for 4 years, with duties like Monitoring Devices and Services, Providing resolution within SLA to customer. Preparing RCA, Daily Alert report, SOPs, escalating to other teams depending type of issues. Proactively monitoring using Nagios, Solarwind, Dotcom, Zabbix, Zenoss, ServiceNow, Connectwise etc. • Also experience with Acting NOC Lead with responsibilities of preparing Roster, SLA report, NOC Performance report, Daily issue Tracker, Attendance tracker etc. • Experience with technologies like Configuring RFID's namely - Pedestals, Brickstreams, Synergy Network Cards, Antenna etc. Working knowledge of IP CCTV camera & troubleshooting issues remotely. • Dispatching Field Service Tech (FST) under respective location with Work Order post troubleshooting and replication. • Working under SLA and Escalating to Relevant teams for support when required. Managing Global Clients like UNIQLO, Macy's, Victoria Secret, Ralph Lauren, Puma, Adidas, Nike, etc, with their Inventory management support. • Sever Monitoring for services (Windows/Linux) for Various Clients in U.S using tools like Nagios, Zenoss, Zabbix and Solarwind. • Knowledge of Job scheduler, Access/Deny permissions to Users, and Group & LDAP connectivity on Servers using Linux. • Trained in Networking(CCNA + CCNP) on Router, Switches and also worked on MUX of Huawei and Alcatel Router – SR-12E, Alcatel SAR-8 and SAS-R6(Switch), SR-12, SAS-M(Switch), Hawaii Also ISAM 7360 OLT(MUX). • Hands on 2800-3500 series Cisco routers, Switches, Ipv4 Routing (using Static, Rip, OSPF, & EIGRP etc), Ipv6 Routing (RIP, EIGRP & OSPF), VLAN, VTP, Frame Relay, NAT-PAT, Summarization, Redistribution, ACL. • A focused professional with years of experience with Web Designing & Development using HTML5, CSS3, PHP etc and has developed website for several clients. • Also, Trained in Hardware/Networking from Jetking Institute and GNIIT from NIIT Institute.
