Wonder what makes Operations so wonderful? For me, it’s the journey from learning fast to simplifying smart — a process I’ve lived through in roles at One Vasco and Leverage Edu. Step one in any operation: be a great learner. I made it my priority to understand new tasks quickly and efficiently, driven by a simple philosophy "Learn fast, execute smarter". Then designed mental workflows — my own Algorithms — to streamline process. At One Vasco, this mindset helped raise visa success rates from 64% to 81%, simply by refining coordination and eliminating critical yet overlooked errors, especially in handling UK and Ireland study visas. At Leverage Edu, I handled the post-sales operations — aligning teams, managing client requirements, and ensuring smooth onboarding via CRM and SSP (Leverage’s internal tracking platform). Beyond operations, I thrive in training and mentorship. My teaching roots go back to my days as a science faculty, where I first discovered my love for guiding others. Whether onboarding new team members or teaching science as a faculty member, I’ve honed my skills in public speaking, people management, and adapting to diverse learning styles. My ability to break down complex processes into actionable steps has helped teams perform at their best. I’m always looking for ways to build systems, solve problems, and empower others because great operations aren’t just about processes, they’re about people and people management.
