About Rohit Salunkhe

As a PMO at FORVIA I apply the best practices of project management methodologies to deliver desired outcomes for the automotive industry. I have a M.Tech degree in Engineering from Walchand College of Engineering Sangli where I honed my skills in new product development testing and validation. In my current role I lead and manage the delivery of systems and components to support pilot lot ensuring project cost quality and time. I also review and finalize the design to facilitate mass production implement various tracking systems for meeting QDC and provide project progress reports to top management. Additionally I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders manage the escalation of issues and identify activities on the critical path. My goal is to add value to the organization and contribute to the innovation and growth of the automotive industry.
