Selling is hard beyond doubt. But selling with and through partners is harder. Partnerships are a marathon; it is complex and the priorities of a global partner maybe very different from those of the organizations you represent. It’s like two trains running efficiently but in parallel. But magic happens when those trains meet. I’ve worked with different organizations in the tech industry. As a senior technology executive, I spend every single day strategizing and executing on how to bridge this gap to intersect customer / partners’ priorities with those of the organization I represent. It encompasses the full spectrum of the go-to-market - partner solutions, joint selling, sales forecasting and sales engagement with an eye on different cultures and nuances in the Asia region. My passion to learn and imbibe different cultures gave me the opportunity to live, work and study in the US, Singapore and India over the last many years. I’m a tech enthusiast (of course, I am), I love traveling and actively play racket sports. I’m also a weekend 5K runner, a hobby chef and a hands-on Dad of two young boys.
