I am a trained Synthetic Organic Chemist Lead having extensive experience in managing international outsourcing projects with a proven track record in project management for Crop Protection, Pharmaceutical and Contract Research Organization. Provide scientific and strategic leadership in operating chemistry related to discovery, process and CRO’s project.Over 23 years of industrial experience in CDMO, CRO's (Medchem), Process R&D & Crop protection industry. My experience lying in the area of Synthetic Organic Chemistry, specialty chemicals, early stage discovery molecules (medicinal chemistry & agrochemical), Process R&D and scale up of intermediates and active ingredients. Proven ability to provide strategic directions in synthesis of small molecules and scientific leadership to drug & Crop Protection discovery team of chemists and interdisciplinary scientists.Part of senior management and taking responsibilities of project management of assigned project involving coordination with cross functional team, project prioritization & resource management, technical inputs, reviewing the report and so on.
