About Rohit Singh

I am a performance engineering leader at Broadcom, a global leader in semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions. I lead a small team of engineers working cross-functionally to ensure that our systems are performing as per SLAs and are resilient while handling high volumes of data. I have a strong background in system design and optimization, having worked on highly scalable systems. At VMware, I worked on systems that comprise 50+ microservices, Kubernetes-managed. I contributed to improving the performance, reliability, and security of our products. I am also honing my leadership and management skills at Harvard Business School Online, where I have earned the CORe Credential of Readiness and the Certification of Specialization in Leadership and Management. My mission is to leverage my technical and business acumen to deliver innovative and impactful solutions at scale that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
