With over 10 years of experience in various domains including Business Development Account Management Operations and Customer Relationship Management I currently serve as the COO at UP10 Media - a new media firm that specializes in providing social media video content creation and strategy to help brands expand their reach and growth. In my past roles I have worked in both B2B and B2C capacities within the Education Banking and Commodity trading industries in Dubai and India. During this time I led the business development vertical and implemented process improvements to increase revenue and identify additional revenue streams. Through my commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences I received high satisfaction ratings from clients. I also developed and executed a comprehensive growth and marketing plan mentored and coached sales teams and received recognition as a Top Sales Manager. Overall my track record of success in driving growth and exceeding expectations in various roles and industries has equipped me with a wealth of experience and skills to thrive in any challenge.
