With a Double Master's in Finance, I have a strong background in financial and business analysis, which I leverage to lead the international recruitment for the South Asia/World region at Dallas Baptist University (DBU). I helped manage the recruitment processes, train my team, and utilize Salesforce CRM to track and report on the performance and outcomes of our recruitment efforts. Thanks to our collaborative and strategic approach, we have achieved a significant increase in applications and admissions, earning recognition Globally in recruitment and having received a nomination for the Excellence Award in the Recruitment Team. Previously, I worked as a Financial and Business Analyst at Virtus Motors, a start-up company that specializes in R&D and product development for the automotive industry. I integrated my core skills in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting by collecting data and generating reports. At the same time, I applied my analytical skills, cost-cutting strategies, and vendor negotiation abilities to improve business operations, support corporate growth and revenue, and initiate new projects. As a result, I helped increase profits by 2X, strengthen partnerships, and deliver quality products to the market.I am thrilled to share that I have officially earned my Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) badge from Scrum Alliance!
