A Passionate Social Work & Public Health Professional, having Master’s Degree in Social Work and Development Studies with more than 15 years of experience in multifaceted domains of Social Services, Rural Development, Health & Community Development, having strong exposure in Team Leading, Project Management and Implementation, Networking, Administration, Counselling & Relationship Management. Currently Associated with PATH as State Lead, New Delhi and Haryana and leading State Technical Support Unit for the project “ Covid 19 Respiratory care and Management ”. Experienced in Leading and Managing the team along with project budget. Hands on experience in project implementation, proposal development and trainings. I have acquired a wide range of valuable transferable skills gained through study and viable industrial exposure that can be used across in various functions. One of my strongest competencies is the ability to manage and implement several projects at the same time, this coupled with my proficient communication skills, makes me an ideal candidate for any competent position. Since last 15 years, I have been conducting direct program implementation as well as providing support in advocacy with State as well as National government on various health projects.
