As a Systems Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, I provided strategic guidance to an S&P 500 automotive company in their Sales and Distribution divisions, helping them to define, rebuild, and enhance their existing methods. I have proposed and implemented solutions that have resulted in significant cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and customer satisfaction. For example, I developed a Warehouse Management Strategy that aligned distribution initiatives and goals with the client’s overall organizational objectives, saving over $0.5M annually. I am currently pursuing a Master in Management at INSEAD, where I am honing my skills in marketing, strategy, finance, and operations. I have also gained valuable experience in strategy consulting through an internship at Blue Chapter, where I partnered with a team to develop a carbon net zero emissions strategy for an Italian food and feed producing company.
