About Rohith Lakkireddy

I am a Software Product Developer with 6 years of experience working on Dell's Global Supply Chain Management. Majority of my career, I have worked on Order Management applications implementing Oracle ERP for Supply Chain Management, the E-Business Suite. I am very good at customising the product to meet the needs of the business. I work a lot on Oracle Databases and build PL/SQL programs to orchestrate, validate Sales Order payloads entering the system through external interfaces and persist the data into respective tables. I create new Forms and modify existing ones for business operations. I build complex SQL queries and convert them into insightful business reports. I have been practising Agile Scrum for Software Development. I strongly believe in the saying 'Continuous Improvement is better than Delayed Perfection'. I follow the Test Driven Development approach and automate unit testing for every code I make. Building Python applications is my hobby. I use my Python enthusiasm to automate mundane tasks. I recently created an app to automate smoke test execution and hosted it on Cloud Foundry. My current interest is to integrate it with GitLab CI/CD pipeline.
