Splitting my Professional Experience into a series of Titles:Lead Generation: During my career in HDFC Bank, I have had to make a number of calls to the bank's customers on a day-to-day basis so as to acquire their investments as well as to generate leads for acquiring more accounts for the branch and also for earning more revenues for the bank. More the number of customers, more will be the accounts, hence more revenues will the bank earn.Sales and Marketing: a)NRI Sales experience at HDFC Bank(period; April 10 till Feb 11): Selling Financial Products as well as Investment products to a portfolio of NRI customers.b) Channel Sales with PE Electronics Ltd: Handling three distributors( two for Philips in Malappuram and Calicut Area and 1 for Electrolux in Malappuram area) during one year stint with PE Electronics Ltd during the period Mar'11- Mar'12. Also handled the direct dealer network in the Aleppey-Pathanamthitta area starting from the month Mar'12 till July '12. Mainly was concerned with the secondary sales on the distributor side and also with the primary sales for the organization. Also was able to organize the dealer meet for the sub-dealers just before the peak Onam season.c) Distributor Network management at ITC Ltd. Handling a series of distributors for Personal care channel, Aleppey section(period: Oct 12 till June 13) and Cigarette channel, Thiruvalla section( period: July 13 till present)Competitive analysis:The 4P's of marketing was analyzed through Comparison with the bigger giants like Samsung, LG, Sony, Whirlpool etc. The product portfolio, their features, the pricing and also their distribution aspects were studied through collecting information and the product strategies for our products- Philips Ultraslim Televisions, Panels as well the Electrolux refrigerators, Washing Machines, ACs and MicroWave Owens were initialized.
