About Roj Oezmen

I recently completed my Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of New Brunswick (Canada). During this courses, I specialized in Project Management and I am also certified Project Management Professional (PMP) awarded by the Project Management Institute (PMI). In addition, I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Geneva School of Business Administration. In my career, I have held various positions. First of all, I took part in several projects as a project assistant. I was in charge of planning and realizing the projects, from initiation to closing. I had to create and update project documents but also participated in the execution and control phase. Environmental, financial, risk, stakeholder and KPI analyses were part of my duties. As a teaching assistant of the Interactional Business Management program at the Geneva School of Business Administration, my role was oriented on the smooth running of the courses as well as being the contact person for students, professors and the administration. In addition, I was in charge of the management of several major courses as well as the introduction of new teachers in the field. Finally, I am a determined person and I give myself the means to achieve my goals. Although I am autonomous, I am a team player and enjoy working with all stakeholders to ensure the success of my projects. Open to new opportunities, I like to get out of my comfort zone because that's where we learn the most.
