Background

About Rojie M.

Lead IT Engineer with 4+ years across IT infrastructure, identity, and security. I hold a Master's in Cybersecurity and certifications across CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+), Okta, and Azure. I run identity and access management across Okta, Duo, and Rippling, handle endpoint management through Jamf Pro and Intune, and look after network infrastructure on Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti UniFi. A lot of my work sits behind SOC 2 compliance — SSO rollouts, SCIM provisioning, access reviews, and pulling together the evidence auditors actually want to see. I work closely with security, engineering, and people ops to keep things moving as the business grows. I came up through hands-on IT before specializing, and it still shapes how I work. I like infrastructure that's reliable, documentation that's actually useful, and setups that don't fall apart the minute someone else inherits them. Always learning, always building.
