My passion is solving the very biggest problems I can find, through vision-casting, and engaging and mobilizing stakeholders with a unifying approach. I have worked with numerous clients to drive customer-centric growth, improve business processes, build highly effective teams, define current state and target state, design business and technology solutions, and manage highly complex programs to deliver material change.
