I am an IT generalist, having excellent technical skills in a wide range of fields. I am communicative, flexible and have a positive can do attitude. I am a person who finds it a pleasure to work with people, as well working in a team as coaching or managing people. I love working in and with people of different backgrounds. I have good knowledge about organizations and Information Technology on technical, operational and management level. I perform best in a dynamic and busy environment. I like to be out of my comfort zone. I always find solutions. I am a creative, flexible and positive problem solver. I have the skills to be strategic, organised and long term but I am on my best when a lot of unexpected work with people involves needs organising. A few achievements from the past that are worth mentioning- Migrating On site Microsoft Environment to Azure and Office 365 (as responsible manager)- Implement Office 365 in developing country (training and technical)- Reorganise my team (cut costs) and outsource work
