Over 30 years of experience in the Architectural and Engineering field. I have 7 years, of experience as the Network Administrator and CADD Manager for the Washington, DC Office of Weidlinger Associates, Inc / Thornton Tomasetti. My duties included the following:Installing and maintaining engineering, and Autodesk software on Server and Client machines. Installing Window’s 7 OS on client machines. Assigning individual rights, and establishing new users using AD (Active Directory.) Monitor network and hardware/software system performance. Work within IS plan for implementing new technologies. Establish, and trouble shoot printers on workstations. Manage outsourced FM printing services. Manages outside venders to establish and trouble shoot all communication i.e. cable, patch panel, and T1 lines, and Fiber Optic installation. Help establish and maintain CAD-based office-wide graphic standards. Work with Departmental CAD Manager to establish CAD standards.
