Dell, Lenovo, Toshiba, HP Certified with over three decades experance in the field, currently running Training and Technical Support as well as Screening/Repairs within Technical Centre. History: After leaving the Armed Forces at the end of 1979 I did an Accounting Machine operators course after which I joined Burroughs Machines as a Trainee Technician, I was trained in house plus I did a 3 week course of the F&P series accounting machines in Johannesburg, South Africa. In early 1981 upon Burroughs being sold to a local concern, I joined Tobacco Auctions in their Office Equipment section and spent the time until I immigrated to the UK at the end of 1993 working my way from Technician, through local workshop manager to National Technical Manager. I helped to develop various systems to suit the local environment, from Solar Powered UPS systems to Telecommunication networking innovation in the rural areas of Zimbabwe. I paid my own way to attend a 14 day course at Triumph-Adler in Nuremberg Germany and passed with honors, while my career began in the Typewriter/Copier/Microwave area upon moving to the UK I moved into the IT industry quiet smoothly. After spending a number of years in the field I was brought in-house to assist with remote assistance which is the section I now run along with the Distributed Services Training Department which I took over on the 1st November 2013 on the 19th January 2015 I was instrumental in opening a new Technical Centre within Milton Keynes.
