With over 20 years marketing and communications experience, my key focus has always been to ensure that I meet all strategic marketing & communication objectives through the optimal digital and offline channel mix whilst leveraging in-depth customer insight & analysis, engaging messaging and accurate end-to-end campaign implementation. Other than having extensive Financial Services experience, I have also worked in a variety of B2B environments, within Hotel & Leisure, Utilities and within various Consumer and Retail sectors, and as a Planner agency side covering a variety of industries. I have experience of integrating a broad range of digital marketing and communication channels, with specific emphasis on display, retargeting and search optimisation, website (secured and unsecured), email, social media, and webinars along with offline PR, DM, sponsorship, POS/Branch, press, telephony/SMS and channels. I also have a strong knowledge of CRM and loyalty programs, print media and the use of both internal customer data and external data for both customer retention and lead generation acquisition campaigns. I am a dedicated, adaptable and confident person with excellent analytical, inter-personal and team management skills, capable of presenting information to all levels. I am experienced at operating at a senior level along with liaising with and influencing key internal and external partner stakeholders.
