Previously I was a Modern Work and Security Engineer at Mobile Mentor, a global leader in remote workforce solutions and the 2021 Microsoft Partner of the Year for Modern Endpoint Management. I have over six years of experience in IT support, sales, and consulting, and I hold the CompTIA ITF+ certification. My core competencies include customer relationship management, application deployment, and technical support.
