Status: During the start of the pandemic, just over two years ago, I have been in contact with several potential employers and I started a new job on August 1st, 2020. The past two year have been very intense as the whole company had to keep-up with a more than average growth of the business. It is getting clearer what the future will bring but there is still a lot of work ahead of the NPI team. Personal profile: I am a technical manager with a phlegmatic way of working so I can identify challenges and opportunities in projects. Also handling commercial and financial aspects while keeping in mind quality assurance and personal interactions. My education, analytical skills and past work are a good basis to understand new processes and it helps me in my way of working. I want to take care of business, specific processes or complete projects. Get the job done via teamwork where I lead, coach and support the team and other experts. I will control direction, timeline so targets and expectations are met. In day to day activities I prefer structure and I encourage the team to set clear goals and do everything to achieve this via checking of milestones, quality and budget. I handle stakeholder alignment and the project agenda but find it important to keep my integrity and act within reason. How I see my future: The focus of my activities and expertise lies in operational, executive leadership. Setting-up new projects, analyse and optimize processes and also actively participate and contribute in further development of the total organization and operational strategy.
