About Rolf Driesen

I am a partner and CEO of Deloitte Belgium, leading the Executive Committee. I am also member of the Deloitte North & South Europe (NSE) Executive. Deloitte Belgium is the nation’s leading professional services organisation with 5,500 team members and a multidisciplinary model that enables us to serve our clients, support our people, and make an impact that matters. Since joining Deloitte Belgium, I have held a variety of client and business leadership roles, most recently as Managing Partner of Consulting from 2016 to 2023 - when I accepted the role of CEO. My expertise is in leading transformative change projects to help clients realise lasting change and strategic growth. I am proud of Deloitte’s commitment to our clients and our position as a trusted advisor. Our deep expertise and broad experience allow us to address complex client challenges with an integrated approach and to create an environment where people can learn, grow and have a positive social impact. I’m an advocate for working collaboratively with colleagues across disciplines and levels within our organisation and with teams from other NSE firms. In a highly dynamic business landscape, we are focused on remaining at the forefront of industry trends and emerging technologies ensuring sustainable innovation and strategic growth. Outside the office, I find balance and inspiration in architecture and arts, and I’m an enthusiastic cyclist, husband and father.
