Having spent the bulk of my career progressing in a corporate environment, from grassroots to global program roles spanning 16 years, I have cultivated a driven and dedicated professional style with competencies as diverse as learning and development transformation to data solutions development. All of this is compounded by my move towards Cybersecurity, for which I earned my recent BSc while working full-time. Excelling in both autonomous and collaborative environments, I manage to retain a persistent focus on delivering value and achieving both immediate and long-term goals via effective planning, analysis and risk mitigation. With a habit for driving long-term plans, I can deliver complex change across key data areas, including protection, compliance and process improvement, realising the impact and importance of data-driven change. An inherent team player, I am able to integrate into new teams and environments and learn processes and approaches on the go, endeavouring to continue my professional development in every role, as evidenced by the progress I made in my career. I am able to work with professionals across any business and engage stakeholders, report to management and guide colleagues in a wide range of areas.
