Experienced executive with a strong background in scaling technology-driven businesses and leading customer-centric operations across the Nordics. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Gapit Nordics, where I’ve led the transition from scale-up to a structured, professional organization by establishing the execution of the Customer & Delivery department, and now pure solid focus on Sales, Customer Success and Marketing. Previously, I held the role of Service Director at Gapit, where I built and scaled the aftermarket service infrastructure—including support services, SLA management, and operational centers—to enable sustainable growth. With over a decade of experience in the telecommunications and IoT sectors, I’ve worked at leading firms like Telia and Telenor. At Telia Norge, I was responsible for national IoT sales strategies, partnering with sales, marketing, and partner teams to execute customer-driven go-to-market (GTM) plans. Prior to that, at ZioT Solutions, I served as COO, driving operations and organizational development. My foundation in commercial leadership was built through progressive roles at Telenor and Get, where I managed key accounts, led fiber expansion initiatives in newbuild markets, and contributed to process innovation across sales teams and service delivery. I bring a collaborative mindset, deep customer insight, and a proven track record in business development, operational leadership, and digital transformation.
