Gender diversity, income differences across levels, etc)- Lead awareness with managers on the HR governance areas including handling of frauds, misconduct, indiscipline, performance issues etc. Lead/conduct investigations, conducting possible enquires as and when required- Participating in the performance management discussions with the various businesses within the bank, initiating performance improvement plan for low performers- Sharing exit trends and feedback with business leaders for to enable retention strategy - Conducting employee engagement programs such as skip level interactions and HR connect session to understand the pulse of the floor and businesses, recommending and close looping feedback of the employees to the management - Partner business managers in development planning of their employees by actively driving HR’s involvement in talent management and performance management along with colleagues in Talent & Development team- Initiating the maternity, sabbatical, work from home programs for the employee as per the company policy- Partnering and advising managers and employees on a range of HR situations (i.e. PMO, objectives, talent management, compensation, promotions, etc)- Supporting Talent Acquisition team in making necessary checks for rehire of employees- I was part of the Core promotion process team handling the roll out of promotions for entire DBOI, processing applications, interview logistics, feedback and closure in record time and 100% accuracy.
