About Rollie Canillo

I am a licensed MEP Engineer and Electrical Consultant with over 19 years of progressive experience in electrical engineering, QA/QC, quantity surveying, and project supervision. Certified by the Saudi Council of Engineers and the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission, I have contributed to complex infrastructure, transportation, and industrial projects across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and the Philippines. My core strengths include MEP inspections, testing and commissioning, design review, quality control, and close coordination with project stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements. My project involvement spans a broad portfolio of significant developments. These include the Saudi Arabia Railway Integrated Project Management Consultancy (SAR-IPMC), Green Riyadh Neighbourhoods Landscaping, ROSHN Sedra Phase 2, NEOM Community NC1, and King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD). I have contributed to urban transport with the Riyadh Metro Subway (Lines 5 & 6), supported aviation infrastructure at the Abha Regional Airport Extension Project and Hamad International Airport in Qatar, and led QA/QC activities for land port infrastructure enhancements at Al Batha and Salwa Land Ports, near the UAE and Qatar borders. Additionally, I have held key roles in the Dammam 3rd Industrial City (MODON), the Al Ehsa Infrastructure and Utilities Project, which adhered to Ministry of Housing and Saudi Arabian Parsons Limited (SAPL) standards, and the Abha Airport Utilities project, all under the supervision of GACA. Earlier in my career, I worked on projects such as the Riyadh Techno Valley at King Saud University, Holcim Philippines' Lugait Plant, and Iligan Cement Corporation, gaining vital experience in both residential and industrial installations. I am proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera P6, and basic Revit, and well-versed in standards including NEC, IEC, and NEMA. I hold certifications in ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, PMP – Project Management Fundamental Concepts, and the Procore Construction Management Professional Certificate. I am also a member of the Philippine Institute of Certified Quantity Surveyors (PICQS).
