I am a senior change experience architect with IBM’s Talent Transformation practice and a certified Business Transformation Consultant. I have over 20 years of experience both as a strategy and change practitioner and as an organizational change management consultant with large/global multi-stakeholder organizations undergoing transformational change. I have led the development, implementation, and review of change initiatives and programmes, associated operational processes, and policies. I have worked worked as a team lead and as an advisor/executive coach in the implementation of programs, program segments and delivery models, and I possess proven facilitation, presentation, research, and analysis skills. I have also performed as Chief of Staff for the Managing Partner and Practice Lead for T&T EMEA, covering the IBM business across 8 market areas. In this role, I facilitated operational functioning with a team of 8 functional analysts, supporting 80 Partners and Associate Partners in the geography. My skills have allowed me to be actively involved in the community as a volunteer including acting as Enterprise Adviser for the City of London, and Board Vice-President for Citie Ballet in Edmonton where I played a key role in transforming the company from semi-professional to professional status.
