About Romain Chatellier

It’s an exciting time to be in the AIDC but also a challenging one – T&L, retailers and individuals need the companies they work with to be more than suppliers; they need to be trusted partners. For me personally the human element is the most important part of any business relationship internally and with our clients, We go the extra mile as both consultants, advocates for them. Innovation is very important for me: strategy, software, hardware, and the all-important innovation piece. I like winning – which means I like my clients to be winners. Our French team of future shapers is on a mission to make things as simple as possible – making life better for us and for clients. Maintaining both productivity and sustainability is increasingly important to retailers and this is something that is close to my heart. I aim to help companies think differently about their operations to support on increasing productivity whilst being sustainable. We’re helping companies transform operations in a way that is meaningful, strategic, and makes a genuine difference. Collaboration and confidence are at the heart of what we do: we aim to help our clients create similarly productive and fulfilling workplaces.
