About Romain Delfosse

I have over 13 years of experience in strategy and mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and I currently work as Head of New Businesses and Marketplaces at Groupe Caisse des Dépôts (CDC), a public financial institution that supports the development and transformation of the French territories. My role is to create and implement new business opportunities and partnerships, as well as to monitor and optimize the marketplaces of Banque des Territoires (aquagir.fr, smart city, partners, etc.), one of the business units of CDC. I use my skills and expertise in Dev, SEO, SEA, and social media marketing to enhance the digital presence and performance of Banque des Territoires initiatives, and to reach and engage with new and existing customers and stakeholders. I also leverage my M&A experience to identify and execute value-creating partnerships and investments to build relations and reputation in order to digitalize products and offers. In addition, I am a founding partner and mentor at PROTECPéO, a company that provides security solutions for individuals, administrations, and businesses. I support the strategic vision and the operational management of PROTECPéO, as well as share my knowledge and insights on digital marketing and e-commerce platforms. My mission is to drive growth and innovation for the organizations I work with, by solving complex problems, learning new skills and technologies, and delivering high-quality results. I am passionate about finding and seizing new opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making a positive impact in my field and in society.
