Après avoir passé mon BTS des arts culinaires et de la table au Lycée hôtelier de Bazeilles (08) en 2003, j'ai réalisé mon parcours sur la Côte d'Azur en service les deux premières années puis en cuisine gastronomique pendant sept ans. À cette occasion, j'ai eu l'opportunité de travailler aux côtés de chefs étoilés au sein de l'Hôtel Belles Rives à Juan-les-Pins (hôtel 4* luxe). En 2010, j'ai ouvert mon établissement, une brasserie à Bourg-en-Bresse (01) accueillant à chaque service environ 70 couverts. Manageant une équipe de 7 personnes, cette expérience m'a permise d'acquérir des compétences de gestion d'entreprise et de management.
