I am a senior Marketing and Digital Director with strong leadership and entrepreneurial skills with a successful background in developing businesses and creating effective strategies to optimize results. I have worked 20 years in leading blue chip companies including Miele, Newell Rubbermaid (outdoor division with Coleman and Campingaz) and Groupe SEB (Tefal, Rowenta, Moulinex) increasing market share and revenues in both mature (Europe) and Emerging markets (Middle East). I have track proven record of delivering and exceeding targets. I am a strong team player across multicultural/ cross functional teams in diverse environments with a great ability to lead and inspire external and internal teams, breaking the silos to drive changes. I am currently responsible for the entire marketing division for Groupe SEB in Middle East (20 countries) with a multicultural team of 9 people (product managers, Category manager, communication manager) with the mission to develop all marketing activities under Moulinex, Tefal and Rowenta brands.
