Former Paralympic athlete (double disabled skiing world champion, double Paralympic silver medalist and flag bearer of the French team during the Vancouver Paralympic Games), my expertise area are: 1/ CSR strategy- Paris 2024 : leading the supporting program of Paris 2024 Endowment fund for around 300 non profit organizations who use sport as a social enabler : strategy, budget, management of suppliers, operational declination - Accenture : involved in the definition of the CSR strategy (social & environment): influencing transformation of operating model and business model social change, definition of strategic goals, design and monitoring of the pro bono program portfolio for external beneficiaries and Accenture employee engagement, roadmap deployment in liaison with the different departments (marketing, RH, finance, legal…), and external stakeholders to build collective synergies, people engagement plan, budget management 2.
