This breadth of experience showcases his ability to adapt and excel in both established and emerging fields.Outside of his corporate endeavors, Romain’s passion for rock climbing and the outdoors has led him to achieve certification as an Apprentice ACMG Rock Guide. This pursuit not only fuels his adventurous spirit but also enhances his leadership approach, emphasizing empathy, teamwork, and resilience—qualities that he integrates into his professional life with a distinctive and effective style.Originally from France, Romain has lived in Germany, Brazil, and the USA before settling in Canada in 2018. His multicultural background and fluency in 4 languages allow him to connect with diverse teams and clients across global settings. Currently based in Squamish, he thrives in a hybrid work environment, bringing a unique blend of international experience and local insight to every project.
