Strategy evolves, technology expands, and teams grow globally, but the operating model often lags behind. When decision rights, execution visibility, and cross-functional alignment are unclear, delivery fragments and performance suffer.My work focuses on the execution architecture that connects strategy to delivery. I embed operating cadence, decision rights, telemetry, automation, and cross-functional alignment directly into the operating model so organizations can execute with clarity and measurable performance at scale.As Global Operations Program Strategy Consultant at Laser Light Communications, I help design the global operating model for a next-generation infrastructure platform spanning terrestrial, subsea, and space-based systems. This includes shaping how systems, workflows, and regional teams come together across CRM, ERP, PMO, GTM, logistics, and commercial execution to support international scale.Previously at The Walt Disney Company, I held senior operating leadership roles during the shift to global direct-to-consumer streaming. I built and led Media Experience Performance Engineering (MXPE), unifying Performance Engineering, Quality of Experience, and Media Distribution into one execution structure. I established global performance engineering standards, observability systems, release governance frameworks, and distribution reliability models that supported the global launch and sustained scale of Disney+, ESPN+, and Hulu.Earlier, I led Enterprise Technical Account Management at Amazon Web Services, partnering with senior executives to formalize governance, operational risk discipline, and production architecture advisory across large-scale environments. Before AWS, I built and scaled global service and delivery organizations at Omnigon and Origin Digital, establishing operating frameworks and SaaS delivery systems for brands including Nike, Cisco, NASCAR, and the PGA TOUR.I am most useful in organizations navigating growth, platform complexity, business transformation, and AI enablement, where strong execution becomes a real competitive advantage.
