About Roman Bednarik
I am interested in improving human-computer interaction though academic work and commercial applications of deep-tech R&D. Primarily, I develop and apply robust eye tracking and other sensors to create truly intelligent interactions. Recently we applied these sensors in medical domains such as microsurgery and laparoscopy. Me and my research team built the first ever eye-tracker for surgical microscopes. We are researching and developing sensorimotor technologies for clinical and professional users. We created a successful spin-off, SeeTrue Technologies OY where we develop innovative customized eye-tracking solutions that are both very robust and accurate Our customers recruit from optical systems manufactures and interactive head-mounted display integrators.
