With over a decade of financial expertise, I always aimed to help business performing well and working efficiently with assets in both short and long term periods. My role as a Chief financial officer | CFO presents a proven track record in the field. I enjoy analysing data in order to estimate financial risks, opportunities, revenues or losses. Providing key information for CEO | COO, helping to decide complex strategies and manage effective planing. Through my team I am committed to operational excellence, accurate financial reporting and helping continually drive growth and efficiency of the organisation. Finance department is in the center of any business and as such it is important to foster a culture of inclusive collaboration within the organisation. Only then, I believe, the finance can operate most effectively. Looking over past four years there were several milestones that I consider as my biggest successes in the role. I helped the company grow from 350 mil. CZK of assets to 1,5 bil. CZK. Negotiating terms with administrator company (AVANT investicni spolecnost a.s.) in order to invest the assets in selected real estate projects that company could then start developing. I participated in company's sales strategy, defining company's investment product for investors and then helping creating complex prospectus for 1 bil. CZK bonds emission where I represented key role on company's side. After each year I supervised statutory audit helping both auditors and administrator company (especially in valuations) to get everything done within regulatory terms.
