About Roman Guscharzek

Major tasks in my job as a tax advisor at “tyskrevision” comprise the processing of income tax returns and inheritance tax declarations. My main function is the consultation of - employees living abroad who receive German income- employees living in Germany receiving foreign income- foreign pensioners receiving German annuities and - foreign persons receiving revenues from properties in Germany. Due to the proximity to the Danish border, transnational taxing concerning Denmark is a major part of the job. Furthermore, I am involved in counselling on heritages, where transnational cases constitute a major part. Tax returns without any foreign element or concerning other countries (e. g. Norway and Sweden) are processed in like manner, of course. After I passed the tax advisor exam successfully in February 2016, I was appointed as tax consultant in March 2016. Since then I have been head of the income tax department at “tyskrevision”.
